Nowadays almost domestic hospitals use gyps or scotch cast which is manufactured and sold by 3M, and some maker produces imitation products like this, and they have not changed since 30 years ago.

Like this, there are many manufacturers in the world as well as in domestic, but without originality they produce and sale almost imitation goods ,and products which has big sales volume are accused of patent infringement.
