Seamless Stainless Steel Tube

Seamless stainless steel tube is widely used in areas to involve high pressure because it does not have any welded parts and produces outstanding roughness on the outer surface after drawing process by using compressed pipe. With no HAZ (heater affection zone), which corresponds to welded pipe, the entire area of seamless stainless steel tube is filled with even phases. It does not incur bursting of the welded parts during bending and can last longer than welded pies when internal pressure increases by bending.
Since there is no welded surface, this product can be used in environment to require corrosion resistance. With its chemical composition slightly altered, this pipe can also be used for butt welding of steel tubes for semiconductors and in condensers of nuclear power plants.
The stainless seamless precision steel tube of CTC, after AP, BA precision cleaning and EP processing based on the original production technologies and product quality of CTC, is applied to industries to use ultra-pure tubes and pipes, such as of semiconductor, LCD, food and medical supplies, etc. Also, general AP pipe is diversely used in petrochemical and shipbuilding industries, etc. CTC is equipped with the system to actively respond to specifications desired by our customers. The products are manufactured in accordance with such specifications and procedures of ASTM, JIN and DIN.
