Q: You mention Nicotinamide Riboside (NR), but I don’t see that ingredient listed in the ingredients or on the packaging. In fact, I see Niacinamide Riboside Chloride. Can you explain this?

A: Niacinamide Riboside is the same as Nicotinamide Riboside. We have chosen to use this name instead. The chloride simply bonds to the NR to create a powder. Much like sodium is a nutrient that your body utilizes, and sodium must be bonded with another chemical to form a compound (e.g. sodium chloride), NR needs another chemical to create a stable compound that you can use.
