NY-T300(FRP MOLD RELEASE) is a material used to easily separate products from the mold. It is applied between the mold and the product or used in the form of a spray, and helps the product detach smoothly without being secured to the mold.

NY-T300(FRP MOLD RELEASE)  plays an important role in FRP manufacturing. If the product is not secured to the mold and is removed smoothly, it can improve productivity and maintain product quality. MOLD RELEASE also helps extend the life of the mold and reduce maintenance costs.

how to use

  1) Prepare a clean mold surface (using cleaning solvent if necessary).

  2) Apply a film-thin first coat to the mold surface using a cotton cloth. Apply until the wax is no longer oily. Apply in a circular

     motion and work in the same direction.

  3) Wait until the surface is completely dry (about 30 minutes at room temperature) and repeat the same process using a clean

     cotton cloth. Dry time is depended on mold condition.)

  4) For the initial mold, repeat the above steps 1 to 3 at least 5 times.

     (This is to ensure that the microscopic pores on the surface of the mold are completely filled).

  5) After the initial demolding, repeat the application process twice again. It could be more or less and depended on mold condition.

  6) Afterwards, depending on the demolding condition of the product, proceed with re-application or product production. Repeated

     demolding is also possible if the initial coating treatment is well done.

Storage and handling precautions

  1) Avoid storage above 40℃ and keep away from direct sunlight and fire.

  2) When using the product, use it in a well-ventilated place. Do not use in a closed space.

  3) When using the product, wear protective gear to avoid direct contact with skin and handle with care to avoid contact with eyes

      and skin. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water.

  4) After use, close the cap tightly to avoid a foreign substance from entering the product.
