Product Information
This is a sheet made of vacuum-formable wood material called CXP-SF.
CXP-VT is a material made from forestry byproducts, completely free of plastics, and suitable for blow molding and vacuum forming.
Despite being a wood-based material, it exhibits excellent flow and smooth characteristics similar to PE.
It can be processed using equipment and processes commonly used for plastics like PP, PE, ABS, eliminating the need for additional equipment.
The previous CXP-SD in the market had low wood viscosity, making it incompatible with vacuum forming, especially for producing disposable items.
However, through various studies, a modified grade called CXP-SF has been developed, making it compatible with vacuum forming, and now sheets can be produced.
This material is non-toxic and complies with various international standards such as microplastics and RoHS, with around 40 harmful substances detected as non-existent.
Products made from this material can withstand temperatures ranging from -70 degrees to 144 degrees Celsius, making them suitable for freezing and safe for use in microwaves and dishwashers.
It is a material in the form of wood pellets and can be used in the same way as plastic resin. It can be used immediately for existing facilities.
