■Efficacy of red ginseng

When ginseng is steamed then dried, ot becomes Red Ginseng. Red Ginseng contains active ingridients such as red ginseng polysaccharide and amino acids, in addition to ginsenoside. It is reconized as health functional food only when its functional ingridients go through processes such as pulverization, extraction, and filtration, and the total content of ginsenoside Rg1, Rb1, and Rg3 is more than 2.5mg per gram

■How to take

3times a day, 1packet at a time 

Drink in cold or hot water.

■Cautions

People who take medicine(diabetes drugs, anticoagulant drugs) need caution. If you have allergies or other health issues, check the ingredients before drinking. Take caution with sharp edges. Eat as soon as possible after opening. Never heat the pouch in a microwave.
