What is the STEVITOL ?

STEVITOL is the product made of STEVIA + ERYTHRITOL.

Stevia is a plant that grows in the South American border mountains and

has a sweetening substance called stevioside in its leaves, 

which is about 300 times sweeter than sugar, 

so it is commonly used as a sweetener for tea, gum, and beverages.

Unlike other sweeteners, it is not used as an energy source in the body 

and is mostly discharged, so it is a sweetener with a low absorption rate.

It is a zero-calorie sweetener calculated as 0 kcal when calculating carbohydrate calories 

and has the advantage of not causing cavities.

The launchec STEVITOL has been tested to match the sugar to 1:1 ratio 

and Wona found the similar sweetness ratio to sugar so developed and manufactured it.

You can replace sugar with STEVITOL as much as you use sugar in your recipes.

Our STEVITOL is consisted of lots of ERYTHRITOL and less STEVIA.

The reason why you use small amount of STEVIA, it is 200-300 times sweeter than sugar

and has a unique bitter taste so it can be hardly used in itself.

STEVITOL is produced by adding a small amoutn of STEVIA to ERYTHRITOL, which has a similar sweetness taste to sugar but has zero calories, so it was controlled of the STEVIA's unique bitterness. This was about WONA FOOD's STEVITOL.
