PINA™ Viral RNA Purification Kit uses a special capture solution developed utilizing our patented technology and can efficiently extract viral RNA.

Extracted RNA could be used in subsequent experiments including RT-PCR, qRT-PCR, digital PCR, NGS etc.

Kit Components: Capture Buffer(RC1, RC2), Lysis Buffer, Wash Buffer, Elution Buffer, Proteinase K, Spin column, Syringe Filter Equiment and reagents to be supplied by the user : Carrier RNA(stored at -20℃), 2ml/1ml Syringe
