PINA™ Fungi DNA Extraction Kit specializes in extracting DNA from Aspergillus., Rhizopus sp., Penicillium sp. etc. whose lysis of fungal cell walls are tricky, laborious and time consuming. LNC polymer, which performs lysis of fungal cells and capture of DNA at the same time, is used. This polymer simplifies the extraction process and makes heating unnecessary which reduces the time spent. Extracted DNA have high purity and yield and could be used is subsequent PCR, qPCR and digital PCR experiments etc.
