Efficacy / Effect

1. Vitamin maintenance therapy for patients receiving nutrition with fluids

2. Prevention of vitamin (except for vitamin K) deficiency in the following patients

    - For surgical operation, severe burns, fractures, and other traumas

    - Severe infections, coma

Dosage

Children and adults over 11 years old: Mix the drug with 5mL of distilled injection solution by shaking lightly. Then, within 5 minutes, mix the mixture with 500-1,000 mL of intravenous glucose injection, saline injection, or its equivalent. Administer the injection mixture once a day intravenously.

Precautions for use

1. Warning

If more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A (retinol ) is administered per day to pregnant women, there is a risk of inducing congenital malformation to the baby. Therefore, do not administer more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A per day to pregnant women of 3 months or less or women who may be pregnant (except for those with vitamin A deficiency).

2. Do not administer this drug to the following patients: 1) Patients with hypersensitivity to this drug and its ingredients 2) Hemophilia patients (Bleeding duration may be prolonged by dexpanthenol.)

3. Administer with care to the following patients: 1) Hypercalcemia patients: Since the vitamin D contained in this drug may worsen the conditions of hypercalcemia, blood and urine tests must be performed beforehand. If any abnormalities are found, discontinued the administration. 4) Patients with renal impairment: Be careful of overdosing vitamin D because there is a risk of renal issues due to the increase in calcium level in the blood caused by vitamin D content in the drug. 3) Children (over 11 years old) 4) Patients who are prone to (or have family members who are prone to) allergies such as bronchial asthma, rash, or urticaria. 5) Patients with a history of drug hypersensitivity reactions
