Where is the honey come from?

Honey was collected from the trees and flowers in the world's oldest rainforest in Malaysia. 

Why cannot use metal spoon to take honey out of bottle?

This is because pH of honey is between 3 and 3.9, such an acidic. If contact with an iron spoon, it may be oxidized then it will effect the heavy metal diffuse into the honey.  So it is better to use glass, porcelain/clay, wood or plastic spoon and cup.
