Eco-friendly Korean Beef / Introduction
Our Korean beef is growing in good health, taking advantages of the green pristine land. Our cattle grow on clean water, fresh air, and high-quality feed in a clean area composed of mountains, sea and islands. Korean beef is raised in the way that complies with the equalization of feed and brand specification management method in accordance with the brand management standards. Only Korean cattle from eco-friendly certified farmers managed by the state are slaughtered and sold.
Safe Korean beef by standardizing production and feeding management : Introduced an eco-friendly livestock product(antibiotics-free livestock product) certification for specification and fodder unification according to a dedicated specification program.
Slaughter and processing in accordance with strict quality and hygiene standards : Slaughter in HACCP applied slaughterhouses. Processed in our own processing plant G.K.B(X) , the highest level of HACCP applied processing plant in Korea.
Healthy Korean beef in western Jeollanam-do : Cattle are raised with chemical-free feed. No medication was given to the cattle. It’s Korean beef of uniform quality of 1st grade or higher.
Transparent and systematic sales system : Application of beef traceability system by production and distribution stage. This is a differentiated service.

Minimized processing : Whole manufacture process and moving distance are shortened to keep products fresh.
Short-term storage : We don’t produce products in advance and just pile them up. As a result, storage costs are declined and freshness is not reduced, allowing consumers to receive cheaper and fresher products.

Eco-friendly stock raising in clean area : Cattle are reared in Jeollanam-do, which is free of infectious diseases in animal with modernized facilities.

Manage in smart farm from feeding to shipping : Nutritional condition of cattle is checked through optimum facility and electronic database, which conform to laws related to animal welfare.

Beef Cuts
Loin : Loin is tender in texture, and it also tastes excellent because it has a moderate amount of healthy fat in red meat. It has a rich taste too.
Striploin : It's a delicacy part of beef that stimulates appetite.
Chuck tail flap : It is soft enough. It contains appetizing marbling and also has the best savory taste that spreads out in your mouth when you eat it.
Oyster blade : It has a chewy taste that comes from the sinew. If you cut it, the shape of the marbling and tendon looks like a fan spread out, so it looks very beautiful and delicious.
