Our airless spray pumps are classified according to the pressure ratio, displacement type and air motor type. Firstly, by pressure ration, our lowest pressure ratio pump is 5:1 and hightest one is 95:1. If you want to handle the low viscosity material, I would like to recommend 45:1 pump. It has a low pressure ratio and high delivery. So it's suitable to spray the low viscosity material to large ship or construction.
When you spray the ghigh viscosity material, it is recommended to use the 68:1 or 75:1 pump. These pumps have high pressure ratio. It means they are more powerful to spray. So it's suitable to handle the high viscosity material or spray to high place. the difference in delivery between 68:1(11.4 liter/min) and 75:1(11.7liter/min) pump is very small.
