Bugak(Korean crisps) is a Korean traditional food that originated from a temple in the Goryeo Dynasty and developed as a local food.

It is a processed food made with glutinous rice paste, dried,

and short-fried in oil to store vegetables and seaweed for a long time.

In particular, vegetables and seaweed can be stored and consumed as a delicacy when it is not in season.

Fermented and the dried glutinous rice swells as it is fried, giving it a crispy texture.
