 suuett glass footfile will change for cracked heels and dead skin cell to soft foot. They don't have need a soak on foot and just rubbing on your heels, the dead skin cell will remove fast. The round shape give a comfortable grip, so you don't feel fatigue on your hand. They have 2 surface that is separated "Hard" and "Soft". So you can use choice on your object. Usually, We recommend first use a "Hard", and then "Soft".
