Application

Eliminate liquid, oil, rust debris and any particle larger than 3㎛. Most commonly used.

For shear tools or general air tools.

Eliminate 99% of spray paint and oil vapor.

Installation place

Installed at the production main line or before refrigerated air dryer and filter (KDXE-310m 130, 150).
Essential for long piping line to prevent flow in of condensate water.

Installed at the end of production line or on a desiccant dryer. And, by installed it before filter KDXE-130 or KDXE-150 will extend service life of the filter.

Installed at the part where oil and water need to be totaly eliminated. Install it before desiccant air dryer will strengthen dehumidification efficiency and prolong the life of the adsorbent.

It is the filter installed at the end of the line to eliminate solid object which is greater than 0.01㎛. An essential equipment for the site requires clear compressed air.
