KT25P/KT50P Powder suction mixer
Features
• Experimental powder agitation equipment with a minimum capacity of 500 ~ 3000ml
• The specially designed mixing head absorbs powder, liquid, etc. from the powder bag by the vacuum generated from the mixing head and feeds it along the tube, directly into the liquid phase inside the VESSEL and simultaneously mixes and suspends and disperses the sucked material and liquid.
• Equipment can be mounted on stand (H-STAND / PLATE, MANUAL / LIFIING)
• Motor speed digital display & adjustable.
Application
• Powder injection, mixing, suspending and dispersing operations are possible with one equipment.
• Macro and micro mixing of contents in VESSEL is possible simultaneously with powder suction
• Prevents scattering and contamination of dust when powder is directly introduced by using powder bag by wetting instantly contact with liquid after suctioning powder
• VESSEL It is sucked directly into the inside of the liquid rather than the surface of the liquid, and there is no powder agglomeration phenomenon that occurs when it comes into contact with the liquid surface.
• Mixing and suspending of material with mixing principle using jet airflow
• There is no adhesion of powder to the wall of VESSEL or installed device.
