1. Press downward the cap on the bottle to release fiber into the ampoule.
2. Shake the bottle to mix well the fiber and ampoule.
3. Let the bottle sit for 10 minutes until the fiber is completed dissolved. (Melting Time)
(Melting Time: Allows the fiber to be completely dissolved in the ampoule for optimum effects.)
4. Replace the ampule cap with a dropper for use.
