All ingredients are produced locally; especially, such main ingredients as turnip, red pepper, and salted and
fermented shrimp are of Gangwha origin so our products are safe and readily edible.

Our products contain no food additives and use Maesil extract in place of sugar. These natural spices and
specially prepared broth are used to make our proprietary taste.

The fresh materials(such as turnip, red pepper powder, leek and others) grown by us are what bring out the
best of turnip kimchi.

Soonmoo Myeongga uses only the raw materials harvested in clean Gangwha Island and other local
ingredients to make delicious kimchi. The company makes healthful kimchi products which carry the knowhow
of Kim Gyeongsuk who is designated as a master kimchi artisan.
With the thought of these products are consumed by my family in mind, we at the company are making
endeavors to present the best taste. Main ingredients for our turnip kimchi include pungent yet refreshing
turnips grown in Gangwha Island, leaf mustard from Dolsan, Yeosu City which is known for its spicy flavor,
salted and fermented shrimp from Gangwha Island, together with locally grown quality spices such as
powdered red pepper, Korean leek, garlic, and ginger. Further, the kimchi is added by Maesil(Korean plum)
syrup to enhance the flavor of kimchi.
Soonmoo Myeongga takes pride in making kimchi which is one of the dishes that represent the Korean
cuisine. It makes its products under the strict quality control system from production to distribution by putting
safety and sanitation before anything else. It is doing its best to make quality kimchi through incessant research
