Project Process:
The customer is one of the professional
maker in Thailand for farm machinery which is used to sow and harvest the
sugarcane. They have problems for the surface cleaning for their parts of
machines. We recommended our hanger chain type shot blasting machine according
to their work and capacity. They have some special and complex work to be done,
so we added a manual sand blaster to get the dead angles blasted after shot
blasting.
The project took a long journey to reach a
deal, but they are proud with their decision to have taken this investment.
The customer is smart and professional with
machines, so they almost finished 40% of installation according to our drawing
before our technician arrived.
The commissioning was arranged after
installation in September and the blast cleaning results went perfect. The
steel structures got bright surface after shot blasting.
