Baoding Victory Traffic Facilities Engineering Co.,Ltd. was established in 1992 with registered capital of 33,370,000 CNY.  Located in the national level high-tech industrial development zone, VICTORY is a high-tech comprehensive enterprise which devoted to R&D, manufacturering, construction and after-sale service of Traffic Signal equipment, including LED Traffic Signal, electronic police system, road signs and marking etc.

VICTORY has more than 140 staff members, 10 technical personnel, including 3 senior engineers. Meanwhile, the company workshop is equipped with automatic wave soldering equipment, plug-in machines, automated assembly line which can guarantee the production schedule. The quality of products is also strictly controlled. VICTORY establishes an aging laboratory, and purchases the LED optical measurement system, salt spray testing chamber, electromagnetic shielding, GDJS etc equipments.
