we have long histiry for noodles since 1988,  located on northern area of korea. 

that area has a good qualified water and  clean air as essecial factor for drying noodles.

We keep a policy of producing to use 1st class wheat powder and long drying time on/about 10 to 13 hours

in order for long shelf life of 24 months on room temporature  possible,  cpmpared with 12months of other factories.
