PCBN Material Brief Introduction:

Polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (PCBN) material is made of CBN powder in high temperature and high pressure.

With high hardness and high wear resistance, they are the ideal tool materials which are widely used in automotive, aviation, aerospace materials. Synthetic PCBN is irregular shape, and the surface is also not smooth. So PCBN need to be processed. High hardness and high wear resistance of the PCBN tool makes sharpening grinding very difficult.
