Performance:

Pale blue green monoclinic system crystalline powder or granule. Odorless, with salty astringent taste. In dry air can be weathered, moisture in wet air oxidation to brown yellow basic ferric sulfate. Soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol.

Use:

Nutritional supplements (iron fortifier); fruit and vegetable coloring agent.
