- What is MSM (methyl sulfonyl methane)?

: A person’s body contains about 140g of sulfur, which is the 8th most common element after hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, and sodium. This sulfur is spread throughout every part of human body it can be found in the internal organs, hair, fingernails, toenails, and cells.
