Baking Method

| Mixing on slow speed until uniform batter is formed | 2 min |
| Scrape down and mix again on high speed | 5 - 6 min |
| Rest the dough and cut into desired shape | 8 - 10 min |
| Final proofing | 45 - 50 min |
| Fry in oil till golden brown in colour | 155ºC to 160ºC |
