SPECIFICATIONS:    Protein 51% min., Moisture: 10% max, Fat: 1.25%  max.    Fiber: 3.75% max.

                            Sand/Silica:  0.50% max, Total Ash:  6.5% max.   

                             Urease Activity: Maximum 0.30 Mg N2 GM at 30° centigrade on EEC method.

                             Nitrogen:  Min 8.16%  Nitrogen Soluble Index (NSI): 20 to 30 %.

                             PDI: 20 – 40.                                           

2. COMMODITY:       UNTOASTED (HIGH PDI) DEFATTED SOY GRITS

SPECIFICATIONS:   Protein 52% min.,Moisture: 08% max, 

                             Fat:1 % max, Fiber: 3.25% max., 

                             Sand/Silica:  0.40% max,

                             Total Ash:  6.50% max.   

                                     Urease Activity: Minimum 1.75 Mg N2 GM at 30° 

                             Centigrade on EEC method Nitrogen:  Min 8.32%

                             Nitrogen Soluble Index (NSI): 64% Min.
