PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Film Faced Plywood Hardwood is made from 100% Hardwood, WBP Glue, and Premium Phenolic Coating Surface. This plywood sheet is made and tested with rigorous procedures to ensure quality consistency.

PRODUCTION HIGHLIGHTS
- VENEER DRYING: Natural veneer usually has moisture content from 35-45%. Veneer drying will improve product characteristics making it more sturdy and resistant to high humidity, pressure, and harsh environment.
- VENEER LAY-UP:After veneer is dried to favored moisture content, they are laid up perpendicularly by layer.
- SANDING, CUTTING, AND FILMING: After product surface is sanded, plywood is trimmed to specific dimensions. Then Plywood is laminated with Phenolic Film Layer to resist moisture and maintain high- quality flat concrete surface.
- EDGE TREATMENT: Plywood edges are then treated with oil-based/epoxy paint to resist envi- ronment humidity.
VINAWOOD Film Faced Plywood is packed and shipped with seaworthy packaging of carton and pallets. One 40FT container usually holds about 16 pallets of products, ensuring product quality and ease of unloading.
