Wang from a research institute asked if we can provide a high performance thermal pad which is used for a national science program. We knew less about it and just provided samples as requested because this program is confidential.

 

We got more information about this program till we had a technical meeting in July 2019. We discussed the reliability test and achieved agreement of test method finally. After the meeting, we prepared to proceeded reliability test, making thermal pad samples, producing tool and fixture, everything was on move as requested.

The aging test were carried at 298°C for 516h. Test results surprised customer, because the change of parameters were within 5%, GLPOLY was the only one who met the requirements.
