      HLPMB series efficient & intelligent double roll crushers obtain four national patents because of their brand new structures and performances. These series are suitable for fragile materials whose compression strength is lower than 150Mpa.

Operating Principles

      Two toothed rollers revolving in opposite directions makes it no need for vibrating screen. The materials come into the crusher directly and those whose dimension is smaller than the gap of two toothed rollers will pass through without redundant crushing. And materials whose dimension is larger than the gap of two toothed rollers will be split and rived by the revolving teeth to required granularity.

Main Features

      1. Suitable for materials with high hardness: can break quite hard minerals whose compression strength reaches 150Mpa.

      2. Large handling capacity: the largest handling capacity of HL pull crusher is 4000t/h.

      3. HL pull crusher’s granularity control is achieved by adjusting the clearance of rollers.

      4. The roller crusher’s running speed is slow. Since it mainly takes advantages of cutting, splitting, folding, pull for crushing, not impact, there's almost no overdust will cause during production.

      5. Processing before welding. Thickness of steel plate of the main supporting parts is 30mm. In the condition of normal maintenance, there’s no need for overhaul for 5 years.

      6. Frame design adopted hydraulic pressure side turn structure. When there is need for overhaul and maintenance, just take advantages of hydraulic oil cylinder. Simple structure & easy maintenance.
