1)Eight Angles Cover

This is a patented unit for ROTARY INDEX M/C installed on the top of index table and JIG/FIXTURE. It

shows better oil tightness compare to the conventional fixed-type cover. It is easy to disassemble the unit

partly or entirely for the purpose of maintenance work for each jig or unit. 

2) Double Spindle

More than 2 holes can be machined by the unit at the same time,

and its spindle pitch adjustment makes it easier to deal with multiple designs. Since additional units such as FACING/MULTI HEAD are attachable to the pitch adjustable spindle or the single spindle, various kinds of machining processes including FACING/GROOVING can be performed

3) Jig & Fix

Its structure allows the unit to endure strong cutting force and consists of many partitions for MAIN FIXTURE, attachment JIG and CLAMP.

4) Auto Tension System

This unit is one of our patented systems which maintains the tension of

belt constant automatically in response to the variation of belt tension

caused by the pitch adjustable spindle.

2. Feature

·Modular system configuration

Since it is equipped with the jig & fixture pallet to easily change machine, convert and change various workpieces,

it is very suitable for small lot/multiple product mass production. It requires just 2minutes to replace one set of jig and fixture.

Since each unit is equipped with X-,Y-and Z-axis adjuster to conveniently adjust the axis-to-axis distance vertically and horizontally, it is a high quality machine which contributes to the wide distribution of machines for mass production. (Setting tolerance is 0.01㎜ or less. And it requires just 2minutes to replace one set of jig and fixture.)

·Unmanned operation is available with installation of automation unit.
