SUNGWON PRECISION Co., Ltd. is a local south Korean company established in 1995 which has since been diversified into two different industries. Originally it began as a manufacturing company developing mechanical parts.  

 The enterprise has a good relationship with “Amkor” for more than 20 years.  We supply highly qualified Trim/Form processors, like the semiconductor Back-End processor parts. Example of such parts are; the Terminal die punch, Semiconductor Dambar Die & Punch and Press die etc. As demand for their products grew regionally, the company then began exporting and trading with local countries; Philippine, Vietnam, America and even EU. Since then, SUNGWON PRECISION has become not only known for it’s products but for also establishing itself as a fierce trading company.
