★ FR-1000 is a special Halogen-free Flame Retardant for polypropylene (PP). The main flame retardant elements of FR-1000 is phosphorus and nitrogen . This product is a new high efficiency,environment fridendly flame retardent .It is completely in line with the EU RoHS environmental protection directive requirements and related domestic policies and regulations. The product has good compatibility with polypropylene, and excellent processing performance.It can be used in many fields such as electronics, electrical, wire and cable.
★TIPS
▲According
to the final performance of the products, users can add suitable amount of antioxidants, stabilizers, lubricants
and other processing AIDS.
▲Recommended
processing temperature range is from 180℃
to 200 ℃.
▲Products
which thickness is less than 1.6 mm or PP which Melt index is high need to add a small amount of Anti-drip , in
order to increase the melt viscosity of the product to prevent melt dripping. It
can effectively reduce the flame retardant additives by Using a small amount Of(0.3-
1.0%) Anti-drip(such as short glass
fiber, etc.).
▲Adding
a small amount of titanium dioxide (~ 3%) can effectively perfect the look of
the samples, and does not affect the performance of flame retardant .
▲Meet
the requirements of GWIT850 IEC60695-2-13 ℃ (2.0 mm) and 12 GWFI IEC60695-2-960
℃ (2.0 mm).
▲The
surface have not precipitation when baked for 168 h at 130 ℃
▲The
samples used in this manual are PPT30S and PP 3015. If Used in other PP grades,
the situation may be a little different.
