HX Extrusion Systems Production Line of Puff Snack is being used for making various of expansion cereal foods, with corn and rice as the raw material (the processing of different materials are separately under different moulds).

The main machine of this line is PH-Single-screw Expansion Machine or TS-Twin-Screw expansion machine, the expanded cereal products are outputted from either of above machine as the semi-finished products. After the final processes of shaping and seasoning, the products become extremely even and crisp. The whole processing is without any frying part.

Notice: About the capacity per hour, it also depends on the material which is used by operators. And, although our machine lines are designed as easy and simple to be operated by trained workers as we can, but for obtaining the best quality of the final products, we faithfully suggest all of our customers read our instruction books very carefully before formally starting up the production line.
