Spraying

1. Diluted by diluent 1067, the volume of diluent will affect the viscosity and thickness of the glue. (The more diluent added, the lower viscosity, the glue will be thinner; on the contrary, the higher viscosity, the thicker glue thickness).

2. Recommendations for the deployment of diluent 30% to 50%.

3. Recommendations anhydrous toluene, petroleum ether for diluent, should not use alcohols/ ketones solvents.

4. Transferred the diluted glue to a watering pot and be sprayed directly.

5. Use diluent to clean watering pot after spray.

6. Process the coating operation in a well ventilated space.

Dipping

1. Put the diluted glue in bucket to dip coating

2. To avoid bubbles the dipped speed of PCB immersion should not be too fast.

3. The tack-free time in the room temperature is about 40 minutes, heat stoving operation is not suggested.

4. When used again after the dip, if glue surface crusted, remove the epidermis can be continued to use.

Package & Storage

1 L/Bucket, 2.8 L/Can, 5 Gallon/ Bucket.

When stored at 25°Cin the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 12 months from the date of production. Sampling test the products out of deadline before using.

These products are non-dangerous goods, can be transported and stored as normal chemicals.
