Features of Inconel 601 Tubing:
- Excellent resistance to sodium hydroxide solutions
- Due to high nickel concentration good resistance
to chloride stress corrosion cracking.
- Austenitic stainless steels Inconel 601 can be
sensitized to intergranular corrosion in some aggressive media subsequent
to heating up to 540ºC - 760ºC.
