Product Information
FOAM PU
DAE HA FOAM PU provides 3 dimensional effects of designs with soft touch.
This films can be cut by a laser cutting machine not plotter machine due to the thickness of the film. It is thick but soft like foam so it is flexible on the garment.
Not like many other companies using EVA, ethylene, we are using polyester hot-melt which is more efficient and it does not show any major harmful material (environment-friendly).
All PU colors are available on FOAM PU

How to use
1.
Design an image you want by using computer design software.
2. Using a laser machine, cut the design in mirror image.
3. Weed the useless film around the image.
4. Place the front image in the place where you want to transfer on the garment
5.
Upside Down the fabrics to heat press on the garment side
6. Set a heat press machine from 150°C to 160°C.
7. Press it for 10 to 15 seconds at medium pressure.
8. When it is little warm or cold, remove the polyester backing film from the
image.
