What is alkali filter?

It is a ceramic filter

that will turn any type of water into 

slight alkaline water (pH 8~8.5)

that can be safely enjoyed at anytime, 

anywhere instead of 

purchasing alkaline water.

while there is no reaction on the left,red light has been turned on for the beaker

with alkali filter on the right.
