If acceptable so I will ask you please get your LOI by detailed information what specifications of the goods they needs exactly to get supplied to them- only then we will be able to get issued our FCO to the Buyers name and send you by full information and confirmed the price CIF price.
You shall remember always that we are wholesales trading company and therefore accept only payment by 100 % Transferable LC at sight FOB released by MT103 payment during 1 day after verified Bill of Loading and tested by SGS of the cargo on the loading port.
Concerning your agency fee-please don,t be worry-if your Buyer don,t will pay you-so this case we will pay you your fees -but maximim 1.00 USD/MT.
