OTI(Optical Tomography Inspector) system
OTI, is a 3D and nondestructive inspection system, which is based on optical coherence tomography using NIR(near infrared) light source.
After NIR light irradiation on sample, system measures internal interference change and after processing, a cross sectional structure of sample can be viewed using OCT(optical coherence tomography).
