The stomach pipe extrusion production line is used to produce urethral catheter, multi-cavity, three-cavity stomach tube and drainage tube etc for medical use.

3. Composition of the whole production line:

(1) Main extruder:

YJ35 / JY65 for option, L/D is 28: 1; Capacity: 2-65kgs/hour;


(2) Auxiliary extruder:

YJ25 / YJ35 for option, L/D 28:1; Capacity: 1-12kgs/hour;


(3) Extruding die;


(4) Cooling calibration table:

4-6m water tank, air cooling or water cooling for option, 3 dimensional adjustable frame;


(5) Laser diameter-measuring instrument:

Non-touch laser online diameter measuring, precision 0.003mm;


(6) Computerized haul off and cutting unit:

Speed: 0-60m/min, servo motor to control the cutting;


(7) Pipe collection and conveyor device:

Belt type convey, stainless steel collection groove, air blowing collection device;

Computer control for haul off, cutting and output convey, operation by color touch screen interface.


(8) Coiler:

2-workstation coiler, fast changing device, Micro-tension control system specially for soft tube.
