1.Applicable standards

BF-21 Dropping Point Tester of Lubricant Grease is designed and manufactured as per the standard of GB/T 4929 and ASTM D566. It is applicable to determine the dropping point of lubricating grease. And it is widely used in petrochemical industry, national defense, scientific research and transportation industries.

2.Structure characteristics

BF-21 Dropping Point Tester of Lubricant Grease is composed of electric heating control system, oil

bath, test tube, thermometer gripping devices, lighting and stirrer.

The overall structure of the instrument has the advantages of easy to operate, reasonable, and compact.

Electric heating control system mainly consists of the electric heating tube and the adjusting circuit for heating rate. The electric heating tube is low energy and high thermal efficiency.

The heating rate adjusting circuit uses the solid-state relay to control the temperature rise rate with the features of high integration, stable, reliable quality, small size and easy to instal.

The voltmeter can display the voltage of the two ends of the heating tube, intuitive and

accurate.

The oil bath is double-deck (two cylinders) structure. The inside cylinder is a flask of 600ml, and the external cylinder has the functions of insulated and anti-leak. The cuvette holder is constituted by the two springs, firm and easy to install, by which the cuvette is fixed to insert the cuvette between the two pieces of spring.

The thermometer holder has two parts of the screws and nuts. There is an oil resistant rubber O-ring between the screw and nut. Put the thermometer into the O-ring, and tighten the screws to fix the O-ring to hold the thermometer. There is a rubber ring at the bottom of the thermometer to locate the thermometer. As a result of that way, it is very easy to install the thermometer, without any adjustment, that you can make it meet the standard.
