The mill is used to produce round pipe of Φ114mm-Φ273mm with thickness of 3.0mm–10.0mm and corresponding rectangular and square tube from cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil strip.
This mill can be also customized by customer.
Work Flow:
Coil preparation →Coil loading →Uncoiling→End flattener, feeding & leveling →Shearing & Welding →End flattener, feeding & leveling→ Accumulating →Forming →HF Welding→Remove burr outside →Seam polishing →Water Cooling →Sizing &straightening →Flying saw cutting→（Straightening→Chamfering→Hydrostatic Testing）→Roller conveyor and Packing →Storing
