A fire hose is a high-pressure hose used to carry water or other fire retardant (such as foam) to a fire to extinguish it. Outdoors, it is attached either to a fire engine or a fire hydrant. Indoors, it can be permanently attached to a building's standpipe or plumbing system.

The usual working pressure of a fire hose can vary between 8 and 20 bar

The warp of the jacket is made by high strength polyester staple. And the weft must be high strength polyester filament with low elongation. The polyester filament provide additional strength and better resistance to abrasion. The polyester staple may be dyed various colors or may be left natural.

Coatings and liners PVC, which provide various degrees of resistance to chemicals, temperature, ozone, ultraviolet (UV) radiation, mold, mildew, and abrasion. Different coatings and liners are chosen for specific applications.(PU,EPDM,NBR)
