Product Information

LS push-down forging presses with two rectangular columns are directly oil-hydraulically driven. They offer a high forging speed and better visibility of the forging area for operator, as same as pull-down forging presses.

They have a pre-stressed frame with two built-in tie rods for each column ensuring high rigidity and antifatigue. Individual casting upper crossbeam and bottom crossbeam is for easy transportation and installation, so they are for medium or large forging forces. Two-rectangular-column is better for withstanding eccentric load. It also ensures equal and uniform distribution of loading between two columns.

High tensile pre-stressed tie rods ensure a high working load, together with casting frame to keep a very low working stress. Special columns guide is designed to absorb shock from eccentric loading.

All hydraulic cylinders and guiding components are above the floor, and can be easily maintained.

The push-down forging presses only require a small foundation depth under floor. They are not strict in soil condition for foundation construction.

Nominal force: 20MN/25MN/31.5MN/45MN/63MN/80MN

Company introduction

Our Business

LS Heavy Industry Engineering is a China company experienced in the design and make of open-die forging equipment and engineering. The know-how of our company built-up in long development offers product much more performance and reliability than others. Now we are one of the leading companies in the industry field in the world.

Our Work

We have improved and dedicated expertise to develop products with the goal to meeting customers’ highest expectation. No compromise on performance availability. Both economic and sustainable production for customers is always concerned.

The Quality of Our Products

We are extremely strict in the design and manufacture such as frame rigidity, column guides, eccentric load distributions, forging accuracy and speed, working safety, and electronic controls. They are very important to the whole equipment and engineering project. The manufacture and assembly combines master craftsmen and modern plant facilities. As the forerunner in China, we drafted and issued Chinese National Standard for Two Columns Open-Die Forging Press Models and Parameter, and publication “Forging Handbook”
