1.Introduction of coal briquette machine :

coal briquette machine is mainly used for high-density metal scrap (scrap iron, copper scrap, 

aluminum scrap, etc.), granular powder metal powder, metallurgical additives, sponge iron, etc., without adding any binder pressed into the case of cylindrical cakes of high-density block, 

the cake density of up to 5T/M3 block above, pressed into the cake pieces can be directly cast furnace use. 

2. Coal briquette machine Usage and features:

1. In order to ensure the good quality and mechanical strength of the final product, special care should be taken to ensure that the granule size fed to the machine is maintained below 3mm, preferable in the range of 30-40% small than 1-2 mm, with no more than 10% over 2mm.

2. The moisture content of the mixture has also a critical effect on the quality of the final product, so it should be kept in the range of 8-20%.

3. Raw material of coal industry (coal powder, coke, coal sludge, etc)need to make coal briquette, using in industrial boilers and civilian  boiler.

3.Raw materials:

It can be coal/charcoal, coal charcoal powder,tyre carbon black. It also can be biomass materials and agricultural materials like all kinds of straw, sawdust, wood, branches, etc.

Size: less than 3mm

Moisture: less than 20% 

4.Usage of final briquettes: 

The finished carbon black briquettes can be used instead of fuel(such as coal or other fuels),The finished carbon black pellet can be widely used for burning biomass boiler, hot air stove, dryer, asphalt heating equipment , heat conduction oil furnace and other industrial furnace as fuel to provide heat energy.
