► Public Cloud is a multi-tenant environment, where you buy a "server slice" in a cloud computing environment that is shared with a number of other clients or tenants.

Majority of public cloud deployments are generally used for web servers or deployment systems where security and compliance requirements are not an issue

It has a number of trade-offs;
 '- Utility Model : Deliver a pay-as-you-go model, where you pay by the hour for compute resources
 ' No contracts : Only paying by the hour
 ' Shared Hardware : PCI, SOX is not possible
 . Self Managed : It is make sense to want to do self-managed.

► Private Cloud is a single-tenant environment where the hardware, storage and network are dedicated to a single client or company.

 But still it has benefits of scalability, instant provisioning, virtualized resources and ability to expand the server base quickly.

Priate Cloud has a nnumber of trade-offs:
 '- Security : It assures high levels of security that cannot be accessed by other clients
 '- Compliance : Compliance cannot be delivered through a public cloud deployment
 '- Customizable : Performance can be specified and customized in the private cloud
 '- Hybrid deployments : The HW can be integrated among public server and private server
