What is Vegemil Toddler?

• This product is newly launched for the 3rd step soy-protein based infant formula for those who are at the end stage of weaning and gradually move to completely adequate food for adults.
• During this period, from first 13 to 36 months, outweighed food choice and non-balanced diet might cause a retardation of growth and development.
• Thus, Vegemil Toddler is formulated, based on Korean Recommended Dietary Allowance, CODEX, and European Society for Pediatrics Gastroenterology (ESPGAN) to enhance the brain development and physical growth of infants of this age group.

Why did we develop Vegemil Toddler?

• The development of all organs except reproductive one is growing rapidly with its own velocity by the age of three. Especially, almost 80% of brain, spinal nerve and the sense of sight are completed at the age of four.
  Therefore we have to consider the systemic nutritional support based on the steps of each organ.
  During toddler's period, from first 13 to 36 months, the growth development of toddlers is slower than that of neonates or infants.
  However, this period is critical to make ready for further healthful life.
  Therefore, nutritional support program is needed to provide the most adequate nutrients for those who are likely to go on an outweighed or non-balanced diet.

  Vegemil Toddler contains w6 and w3 fatty acids in an adequate ratio of 7 to 1 naturally, that are required for DHA derivation to ensure proper brain development.
  In addition, the formula is fortified with taurine and cholin for better neural composition and transmission and iron for improving learning capacity. Soy-oligosaccharides in Vegemil Toddler can enhance the bowel movement and immune function that might prevent toddlers from diarrhea, abdominal pain or constipation.
