Stud Type Track Rollers

Characteristics and Application

The bearings produced by IBC Ilseong Precision are largely classified into two types of track roller bearings. One is the stud type track roller and the other the york type track roller. IBC stud type track roller bearings consist of a stud, which plays a shaft role, a roller and a needle, which rotates smoothly during operation between the roller and the stud front. The flange-type axial head part and the thrust fixing ring guide the needle to move smoothly and they are undetachable types to guide the outer ring to the axial direction. The most of such components as the shaft, roller, needle and main axis washer are made of high-carbon chrome bearing steel.

These bearings are suitable to rated loads and medium loads at low, medium and high speed and are used in a variety of ways as guide rollers, lacquer valve rollers, cam rollers for sliding, and compression rollers, depending on the kind of rollers. They are also suitable to such many kinds of machines as automatic machines, dedicated machines, cam device parts, various return equipment, conveyors, tool exchange devices of machining centers.
 

Production Type

	Type CF & CR CF and CR types are main standard products of the stud type track rollers produced by this company. CF has meter(mm) dimension and CR has inch (inch) dimension, and both types are widely used.
	Type CF..M & CR..M CF, M, CR, and M have the same dimension as CF and CR, but they are made of stainless steel and the entire products are fabricated on order.
	Type CFO CFO is a non-standard stud-type track roller of this company and this type has also the same components and operation range as CF and CR. As far as the application is concerned, however, they are different. CFO is mainly applied, as a track roller with a processed piping tip at the stud screw part, to centralized oiling pipes.
	Type CFE CFE type is a product designed to adjust easily the axial position in the radial direction by inserting an eccentric ring with an eccentricity of about 0.4~1.5mm onto the standard stud type track roller CF type. The eccentric ring compensates for the lack of precision and will give you conveniences about backlash adjustment,level adjustment when we install several pieces together and and matching with cam slot. In case of turning the stud it is in general more convenient to use a hexagon wrench than a screw driver, and so this company supplies the stud type track roller with a hexagon wrench at the stud head part. CFE type is far more advanced than the existing CF type in finding the exact position of the track roller with an easy axial adjustment, and it is also more convenient to use.

Bearing Type

	Type CFH CFH is a standard stud type roller with the same applications as CF and CF. It is a needle roller bearing with the same components and operation range. However, the shank part of the stud is made eccentric by about 0.25~1.0mm and it is possible to adjust it easily to the central axis position of the stud by turning the stud. The eccentric ring compensates for the lack of precision and will give you conveniences about backlash adjustment,level adjustment when we install several pieces together and and matching with cam slot. In case of turning the stud it is in general more convenient to use a hexagon wrench than a screw driver, and so this company supplies the stud type track roller with a hexagon wrench at the stud head part.
	Type NUKR NUKR, one of the stud type track roller series, has an outside diameter ranging from 35mm to 90mm. It is composed of multirow needle rollers without a cage and suitable to high loads. This company supplies NUKR..R type featuring the spherical surface outer ring, and the NUKR..SL type with a cylindrical outer ring can be fabricated on special order. The rest of NUKR ranging from100 to 180mm are manufactured and supplied entirely on order.
	Type KR KR type is a non-standard stud type track roller and is a product fabricated with super-precision processing technology of IBC. It is a product applied to the automatic tool exchange equipment of machining centers, and it is produced and supplied on the basis of customers' order specifications.
