YOKE Type Track Rollers

Characteristics and Application

The york type track rollers produced and supplied by IBC Ilseong Precision are NART, NUTR, and NAST.
The york type track rollers consist of inner and outer rings, two left-side washers firmly fixed to the inner ring, and a needle or a cage.
NUTR is a multi-row type suitable to high loads and is designed to sustain repeated impacts. The most of components are made of high-carbon chrome bearing steel.
The seal type not only prevents lubricant leakage but also is very suitable to prevention of foreign material contamination. Grease can be supplied through the groove and hole on the inner ring.
The yotk type track rollers are applied to automatic machines, cam device parts of dedicated machines, various return equipment, bookbinding machines, and machining centers.
And these are widely used since they are easy to find and install and the price is low.

Production Type

	Type NART..R & NART..VR Two types of NART are available cage type and filing type. The cage type is an undetachable type which helps the needle rotate smoothly at a high speed and the filling type can sustain heavy loads at a low-speed rotation. NART..VR type is a standard type. The oiling interval depends on operating conditions: 6 months to 2 years for the cage type and 6 months for the filling type. The oil supply is located on the IBC mark side of the inner ring.
	Type NUTR..R & NUTR..SL NUTR series have two types of different outside diameters though the inside diameter is the same: NUTR15-35 and NUTR15-42. In addition to these, NUTR..R has a spherical surface outer ing while NUTR..SL has a straight cylindrical outer ring. NUTR is composed of multi-row needles witout a cage and so it can sustain a high load. It is also designed and reinforced to sustain repeated impacts and loads. Its connection to the main axial washer in charge of the outer ring and axial direction guide makes it undetachable. Since the main axial washer has a fine space to avoid any direct contact, it has nothing to do with the operating temperature. Please position the oiling hole in the opposite direction to the loading point in order to avoid concentrated loading of the oiling hole in case of assembling.
	Type NAST..R NAST..ZZ NAST..ZZUU NAST..ZZUUR NAST, one of the york type track roller series, is a product developed to respond to customers' needs, which increase every day. This type is a standard type of IBC composed of inner/outer rings and a precision cage. NAST type is characterized in that it has no fixing ring. Unlike this, NAST..ZZ type has two side plates on both sides. The plate is somewhat different from the fixing ring pf NART type in that the side plate arrangement guides the outer ring. While NART..type has a fixing ring compressed in the inner ring, which makes the roller undetachable, NAST does not have the side plate inserted into the inner ring, which makes the plate detachable to each other. All NAST types are detachable types. Another type is RNAST.type, which is supplied without the inner ring. It can be used directly on the axis or housing.

Name and Notation

The type, dimension and design characteristics of products are nominated by the product codes composed of the prefix, number and suffix. The prefix indicates the type of the york type track roller products, the number the inside diameter, and the suffix the design characteristics.

NART : York Type Track Roller, Meter Dimension
NART products are standardized on the basis of the spherical surface outer ring and so MART..R accompanied by suffix R must be the standard type.
